Last Sat, as mention in the previous posting, I have attend a friend's wedding. Also, the decorations in the church & wedding reception is done by my brother. Basically, the idea of the decorations is simple but pleasant. The decorations are in blue and white colors.... Let me start with the arch. The arch are covered with pink roses with white clothing. I guess the decorators is trying to make the roses as blooming as possible. The reason that my bro and me went to the church @7am is to set up this arch. Now, the inside of the church. Along the way to the altar, the decoration is pretty simple. At the path is very long, a lot of blue and white silk alike cloth is needed. One of the bad thing about putting this on the path leading to the altar is that there is only one way to get in and out of the sitting place. Let me start the posting with the picture of the angel in the front of the church, carrying the holy water ... Last Saturday, I went to a friend's wedding ceremony @St. Peter Church, Padungan. As I need to be there early (helping my brother with decoration), therefore, I wake up at 6am (pity me)... Reaching the place at 7am, I walked round the church and realize that St. Peter has a very nice scenery all around them. First is the Virgin Mary statue. It is next to the church, with a ponds (no fish). I guess the sisters there likes to plant flowers. There are several different types of flowers all around them. Here, I share some of the picture. On the other side of the church, more tress and flowers everywhere ... Our Father ... Oh ya, there have fishes in the ponds!!! Hahaha, I sound like 'sakai'. I didn't expect to see some fish inside there actually and was actually shock and excited about it.

As I have been writing about what is the impact on our daily lifestyle with the increase of petrol, therefore, I have take some action in minimizing the effect in my daily expenses, especially on breakfast and lunch. My before and after: Before: Breakfast either outside or inside, roughly range from RM2-RM3 Lunch outside most of the time, roughly range from RM3-RM5 + petrol consumption Weekend shopping at places around Kuching Weekend outing on Saturday & Sunday Aerobics 2x a week Yoga 1x a week After: Breakfast bring from home and easy to make breakfast, roughly cost RM1-RM2 Lunch 3x in office cafe & 2x outside, in office lunch cost RM1.50 - RM3 (no petrol consumption) Weekend shopping at place nearby (my case is Boulevard) Weekend outing 1x a week Aerobics 1x a week & substitute with jogging Yoga still in consideration Hhhmmm, I guess I'm downgrading my lifestyle?? Who shall we complain?? Hahaha ...
