Imperial Bak Kut Teh

Image
It seems to me that there's been way too many new food stall around Kuching area. I just can't finish visiting all the places. Is Kuching-nites becoming more into food? I can't read chinese. What it says? This is the first time I'm here, at the Imperial Bak Kut Teh (opposite 456 and behind OneTJ). The place is very clean - as it is still new. The waitress there is very polite and well educated (I think it's the tauke that serves us). Healthy drinks We ordered the dry bak kut teh. BF wants to have something which taste sweet and spicy. Well, we are quite dissapointed with the food. For me, there's not much sauce and the pork still not very juicy enough. Price wise - quite expensive. Bak Kut Teh is not complete without these... Dry Bak Kut Teh BF put the chillie on the rice as decorations I like the dumpling but I feels that they can improve more in the sauce for the dumpling. Hehehe... Dumplings Anyway, good
