Jokes - Man Never Listen

In a Chicago hospital, a gentleman had made several attempts to get into the men's restroom, but it had always been occupied. A nurse noticed his predicament. 'Sir,' she said 'You may use the ladies' room if you promise not to touch any of the buttons on the wall.' He did what he needed to, and as he sat there he noticed the buttons he had promised not to touch. Each button was identified by letters: WW , WA , PP, and a red one labeled ATR. Who would know if he touched them? He couldn't resist. He pushed WW. Warm water was sprayed gently upon his bottom. 'What a nice feeling,' he thought. 'Mens' restrooms don't have nice things like this.' Anticipating greater pleasure, he pushed the WA button. Warm air replaced the warm water, gently drying his underside. When this stopped, he pushed the PP button. A large powder puff caressed his bottom adding a fragile scent of spring flowers to this unbelievable pleasure. The ladies' restroom

Teaching Maths and Science - English vs BM?

Frankly speaking, I really don't get it why small things like this can create so much unnecessary chaos. What's the problem of having Maths and Science in English? Just because we are in M'sia and we should respect and use BM 100%? The truth, I take myself as a victim of this BM for Maths and Science. I'm not anti-BM. I love BM. I like to study all the 'peribahasa' and the 'bahasa klasik'. But, having BM language for Maths and Science really make me lost interest of Maths. Why? Let me elaborate.... Since primary school, I love mathematics. I never gets less than 80% in maths. In secondary, we had an option to get other subjects to replace Ad Maths. But, I prefer to stick with Ad Maths. I love ad maths. I never gets less than 70% in ad maths. I'm very proud of my maths. Proudly, I am one of the four in the school that gets 1 in ad maths. And I feel praised because I'm the only one in 5Science2 to get 1 in ad-maths. But things got the opposite way.

New Hair-style 2009

Image
Yes!! Finally I went to cut my hair at Mike Saloon, 3rd mile. It's not a super famous saloon like Alan Saloon, but still, I like the hair stylist there. He is very good in cutting girl's hair. When I got there, not many people is there. I waited for only 10-15 minutes before my turn. When the hair stylist ask me what type of hair, I told him that I want to cut up to shoulder-length. Here is some of the conversation Hair Stylist : So what type of style do you want? Me : I want to cut until shoulder length and layer, but not too thin. Hair Stylist : Wow, your hair is long. You really wants to cut it up to shoulder length? Me : Yes Hair Stylist : Are you sure? You won't regret after that? Me : Yes Hair Stylist : It sure takes you a long time to keep the hair until this length. You really sure? After I cut it, I cannot give back you hair. Me : (laughing) Yes Hair Stylist : Oh ok, let me see. I cut a little bit of v-shape with layer but not to high up layer. Is it ok? Me : Oh Ok

Technical Paper - DD Do's and Don'ts

Image
For the whole week, I have been thinking, researching, reading articles and other abstracts from previous symposium. It looks to me that each paper presented is very much different and unique with their own way. There is no way for me to copy or measure how to write based on the sample. The worst problem that makes me headache is my English. After 20++ years of writing Malaysian English, it is so hard for me to write a proper standard of English paper. Not sure how good is my English but as I think of a way to write, I really feel that my English is so low-grade. Hhmmppfff!!! First discussion with my colleague has been done. We had already change our ideas and opinions. He pointed out some points that he thinks I should include and I pointed out what he need to take into consideration. Let me share what my opinion is when writing a standard technical paper: - 'I', 'me', 'you' type of sentences MUST be avoided. My opinion is because you are writting a paper, not
