POKAI - Money Not Enough

This morning I realize that for the coming few months, I might not have any savings at all. With the pay cut, it would means I would be short of more than RM300 per month. Gosh!!! And there are so many things to pay: End Mar'09 Car insurance + road tax = RM600++ End of Apr'09 Income tax = If my calculation is correct, RM150 Car servicing = RM100 End of May'09 Annual vaccination & heartworm injection for my dog = RM200 Looks like I can just put my resolution on hold ... I don't think I can cut my expenses for now. It is already the less of the less. Haaaiihhzz, when think about the amount, DD indirectly experiencing mood swing .....

Does Women Shorten A Man's Life Span ??

Today, while chatting online, a friend of mine commenting that women can really shorten a guy's life span. According to statistic, this actually proof to be true. When I ask why he say so, this is his reply "because women are more sensitive about certain words n actions...They tend to use those words or incident to facilitate their argument topics...when repeated, will cause memory loss n rapid heart beating...leading to high blood pressure n heart failure in the male species". Don't ask me if he copy and paste the argument. This morning, I read thestar and there is one article about the total suicide last year. It shows that majority are man where almost 1/3 are married man and some of them determine to suicide because of wife. Hhmmm.... So it's partly true that women is the cause of man's shorter life span? http://www.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?sec=nation&file=%2F2009%2F3%2F18%2Fnation%2F3499026 Hhmmm, so does this means that in actual facts man canno...

Long Hair – More Style!

Image
It’s been a week after I cut my hair up to shoulder length. My friends around says my hair now is still long. For me, it’s not! Why? Because style for the hair my length is pretty limited. When my hair is still superb long way pass my shoulder, I can ‘play’ with my hair and curl it into whatsoever style that I want. Now, all I can do is to let it down since tie them up would just makes my hair ended up wavier. So what can we do with long hair? Let me show some photos that I took during my long hair moment… I guess I need to wait for end of the year to show it off again…Huhuhu, indirectly I’m missing my long hair now…

3 days Off – Boring and Getting More Bored!

So what did I do during the 3 days off? Let me see.. On Saturday, went for lunch at Everise 4 ½ miles at a Chinese stall. Well, it is indeed a true China type of Chinese stall! I can’t read the menu (of course!) and just pointed at the picture to tell them what I want. When the food arrives, they serve 7 small bowls + 1 big bowl of noodles. First thought is “Oh no, this would sure cost me at least 10 bucks per bowl!”. Second impression is “Not bad”. Third impression is “I’ll definitely come here again!”. Total damage spend for the day is RM13 (2 plates of this noodles and 2 big ball of kueh, can’t remember the name). RM6 per plate doesn’t sound too pricey actually because amongst the meal in that 7 bowls are drumstick, pork, vegetables, ‘tauhu’, dried chilies and sauces. OK, when I go there again, I’ll snap some photos. Sunday, as usual went to St. Mark’s church with BF. It seems to be pretty standard of going for BM subtitle mass. I still prefer English mass. Then, went for t...

Jokes - Spanish Computers

A Spanish Teacher was explaining to her class that in Spanish, unlike English, nouns are designated as either masculine or feminine. 'House' for instance, is feminine: 'la casa'. 'Pencil,' however, is masculine: 'el lapiz'. A student asked, 'What gender is 'computer'?' Instead of giving the answer, the teacher split the class into two groups, male and female, and asked them to decide for themselves whether 'computer' should be a masculine or a feminine noun. Each group was asked to give four reasons for its recommendation. The men's group decided that 'computer' should definitely be of the feminine gender - 'la computadora' - because: 1. No one but their creator understands their internal logic. 2. The native language they use to communicate with other computers is incomprehensible to everyone else. 3. Even the smallest mistakes are stored in long term memory for possible later retrieval. 4. As soon as you make...

St. Joseph's Church - Acceptance to the Church

Image
Went to St. Joseph Church last Tuesday for the special mass for those going for baptism soon. BF is one of them. There are more than 50 people, I think and the church is quite crowded. As usual, I sat alone (*sobs*). BF and dad sit on the other side. I can't remember the father that conduct the mass. Hehehe.. Heard that he is from Sabah. See so many people Mass suppose to start at 7.30pm but today, it starts at 7.15pm. I guess, Father wants to sleep early tonight. Anyway, there are a lot of candidate not wearing white shirts. In normal case, they are suppose to wear white for such occassion. Some even come straight from their work place. As for me, I came straight from home as I have applied for FORCE UNPAID LEAVE. Yeah, capital letter because it's FORCE UNPAID LEAVE! Receiving the certificates Enough about the pay cut. lol. The mass is as usual and ends around 8.15pm. At the end of the service, BF is given a certificate with prayer. OOppsss, forgot to take the photos. Hhmmmm.....

Aroma Salt Bath @ Jakuzzi Bath

Last Wednesday, I went to salt bath with a friend at Scents. Well, the normal price for the Aroma salt bath is RM68. As there is free coupon for this therapy in Previledge Book, therefore we used it to have some experience. First, we are directed to a room to change our cloth. We wore nothing of what we came in but only sarung provided by them. Hhmmm, luckily they didn't ask us to go naked. The salt bath is done using the jakuzzi. At first, we felt the water in the tub is extremely hot. After a while, the heat in it became normal and we started to feel very relaxing. With the bubble and the nice lavender smell, it is indeed a very nice and warm experience. There is "water shoot" in the tub that makes the water keep bubbling and 'massaging' our body. Very soothing though. After a while, my friend and I started to take photos of us enjoying and relaxing in the jakuzzi. Well, since we wear only sarung, so, sorry readers, no photos will be posted here. Hehehe... The w...
