As we all know two candidate has been fighting to be a president of the United State. One of them is Obama (YEAH!!!!) .... Well, my personal point of view, if I am in US, I will vote for Obama. Reason? Well, he gives me the sense that he is a good president. Not that I'm saying McCain is bad or anything but I think that Obama will be a better president. Few weeks ago, I read in news on how Obama had rush to the nearest florist to get a bouquet of flowers for her wifes. Can't remember the reason for the flower but the point is... This is so sweet!! Being a candidate for the election, he can just ask any of his assistant or called the florist to order. But he didn't do that and instead grab the flowers himself. Wow!! How romantic!!! I'm sure his wife is one lucky women on Earth. Will any of our bf/hubby/fiance get us flower on his own if he is a well known person like Obama? Well, I bet most of us will say no. Recently, a friend of mine asked me for my opinion in buying a car. Well, I think to buy a car is not like simply go to a car shop, and sign on anything they give you. It's not like buying a dress! Even if we are to buy dress, we will look and judge several aspect (especially price) before getting one. Well, my opinion, here are some aspects that one should think before getting themselves a car: 1. Cost range 2. Type of car (big, small, medium, local car, non local car) 3. The economy & environment 4. The needs of the car 5. Several bank interest rate 1. Cost range This is very important. The first and easiest way to filter is to look on our own capability to afford what cost of car. Is it 30K, 40K or 50K? Or more than 50K? Most people go for car they like and ignore this. The reason I say this is very important because it really depends on our own affordability before commiting into a loan which may last for 3 years to 9 years.
