Adopting From SSPCA
After reading from JenJen blogs, I thought of giving her some ideas of what she should say during her speech. Jen, talk about adopting animals from SSPCA. I could give you lots of reasons and ideas about why you should write about this!!
There are a lots of animals, majority is cats and dogs that are left by their owner or just without owner. Some of them are blind (or being blinded), no hair (due to abused or sickness), crippled (abused) and many more. I saw on dogs there. He is quite old and I think cannot see properly. Just because he is old, the owner decided to left him in SSPCA to spend the rest of his life in a cage! Totally did the owner know and appreciate the past years of loyalty of the dogs. Where is justice of this? Would you abandon your kids in kids home just because he/she is blind????? No, right? But why in the world that human are so irresponsible to throw the animals into cage just because he no longer able to serve you?
We should let everyone knows that SSPCA is not the place for you to throw your animal that once is your loyal servant! With the increase of dogs in SSPCA, these animals have high possibility of being infected with viruses and sickness.
I have just adopted one puppy. I think that the past owner had ever abused her. She is extremely timid. Whatever unusual thing would gives her a shock. When a car flash towards her, she run for hiding. If all these puppies are left without owner, they would grow up just being in a cage or might probably die of sickness.
For those that are eager to get one accompanion, try adopt them from SSPCA. From this, we could give them a second change to be a loyal companion and life. I'm sure The Almighty would gives us credit for our kind heart. Every living thing have their rights to have a good life and to be happy.
Indeed most of you might say why is it that those in SSPCA didn't bring the animals to clinic? Well, if you have 100 dogs, can you afford to pay their expenses in term of food, medical, and accomodation? Unless you are a millionaire, then you would be able to do so. But SSPCA is a non-profit organisation. We should help them to help the animals too.
Although I have spend more than RM100 on Daisy, but it is worth it as long I could give her a better life, in return to her loyalty.
