- Returns call. When your customer calls your mobile, YOU should at least call back!!
- Follow up. Don't wait until customer calls you to give update. You should and MUST update your customer right after you got the updates!!
This bankers got me so pissed off because I've wasted some AL just because of HIM. Sssheesshhh!! There's this one time, where I go to the bank to collect the so call quotations and do the applications. He did inform me that he is on leave on that day BUT he will passdown to his colleagues on what I want. And I told him that I want to see how much monthly payment would be and other stuff. When I got there, his colleague come and entertain me and say "Please sign here". Of course, I felt so weird. Sign what? Where's the thing I ask for? And his colleague say "I don't know. He ask me to ask you to sign. THat's all". I got so pissed off and feel like babbling nonsense but I just kept my coolness.
