Cheapest Cha Sio Pau

Yeah, I know, lately, I've been posting a lot about foods. Starting with the cheapest tomato mee (RM2.50) at Pending(opposite 20 sen), then cheapest Ham & Cheese Sandwich (RM2.50 for 2 cheese + 2 ham + vege) ... Now, I'm posting about the cheapest char sio pau.

Anyway, the most common price of char sio pau would usually be around RM1.20 to RM1.50. The other day, while accompany BF for lunch, I saw the cute pau, at the size of my palm (size of 3 sio bee). I ordered one just to have a taste of it. When the pau came, I ask for the price so that I can pay. Here's what the waitress say - "50 sen". Shock, I reply "Haa?" ... When I got to my common sense, I quickly pay. I didn't expect it to be RM0.50. I thought it would be around RM0.80 to RM1.00....

Where to get? Opposite the coffeeshop "Lau Tee Fang" at 4th miles.

7th mile, Kota Sentosa

If you are looking for a electrical items with affordable discounted price, this is where you should go for a visit - 7th mile, Kota Sentosa. There are multiple shop of electrical items along the shop houses, which had create competition amongst the shop owner.
I went there few times to purchase some electrical items. The first time is to buy new microwave. Price tag shows RM299 but I bought is at RM190. At first, the owner willing to sell me at RM220. But when he saw me leaving the shop, he offer the price RM190. Hahaha!! Saw it in Boulevard for the price of RM250.
The second time, is to buy a DVD player. Price tag shows RM199. I bought it at RM89.... He offered me RM95 but I told him I'll buy for RM89. Hhmmmm.....
OK, enought about electrical stuff. If you are looking for fresh pork, Kota Sentosa is also a place to go. You can find a lot of pork seller here.
Not forgetting food..
Food rating : 6 out of 10 .... The best claypot mee that I rated 10 out of 10 is at Hong Kong Noodles…

Cheapest Ham and Cheese Sandwich

Not long ago, I had posted the cheapest tomato mee in town. This time, it's the western sandwich - Ham & cheese sandwich. You can find this at the Boulevard food bazaar. The stall is located almost at the middle with the stall name Oriental something. Hehe.. I can't really remember the stall name.

Anyway, in Boulevard, you had to serve yourself by paying and bringing your food from the stall to your sitting place. So, while waiting for them to prepare my sandwich, I stand there and watch them preparing. Here's what they put in my sandwich:
- 3 pc of bread
- 1 slice of tomatoes
- 2 piece of ham
- 2 piece of cheese (like the cheedar cheese sold in a packet of 12 pc per packet)
- Veggies
- Mayonaise
While looking at them preparing the food, it keep me wonder.... Do they make any profit out of it? Well, if not mistaken, 1 packet of cheese cost about RM9, which means 1 piece is about 75 cents. Let say the ham cost 30 cents per piece. For this two, it already cost them RM1.50 + RM0…

Autumn in Kuching

In Malaysia, we do not have four season like other country. Here, we have rains and sun towards the whole year. While I was car pooling with BF to work, I sat next to driver sit, day dreaming.

The scenery along the road is so beautiful, as if I'm having an autumn month.

Flowers everywhere on the grassHow I wish, one day, the global environment changes and we get to have the four season in Malaysia .....
