Recently I had a little project with hubby in turning our little garden into some flowery and organic garden. Oh well, it's a start for some organic fruits. Our dogs is helping us with the fertilizers (of course, this means her pee and poo, what do you think? Haha!) Some of the plants is still small and not very eye catching, so I didn't take picture of it. I have in my garden - kedondong, papaya, chillies, guava and some local vegetables. Papayas and kedondong Chillies For some eye catching, I planted some cactus too. It's just an old time hobbies that I have when I'm a kid. I have not have much time now to take care of it. Not long ago, my nephew got married. Yes, my nephew! Can't imagine how old am I until my nephew is getting married. Anyway, I ease myself by saying that my nephew is 2 years older than me. But again, thinking of becoming an aunty 2 years before I'm born is another thing. Hahaha.... I better cut the crap here ... The wedding this time is a little bit combination of east and west M'sia and a little bit of Christian and Buddhist combination of wedding as well. Complicated though but I guess my nephew had converted into one Buddhist now. Hakka's Tradition to eat "E" Firstly, the wedding items. A basket full with stuff such as needles, measuring tape, fan, etc, etc... All this is suppose to be prepared by the bride side (I think). Oh ya, not forgetting chicken. I think the meaning of chicken are to wish the couples to have lots of kids. Oh ya, not forgetting the lamp. I'm not sure what is the purpose of the lamp .. Again, the car decoration is done by my brothe...

Last Sat, as mention in the previous posting, I have attend a friend's wedding. Also, the decorations in the church & wedding reception is done by my brother. Basically, the idea of the decorations is simple but pleasant. The decorations are in blue and white colors.... Let me start with the arch. The arch are covered with pink roses with white clothing. I guess the decorators is trying to make the roses as blooming as possible. The reason that my bro and me went to the church @7am is to set up this arch. Now, the inside of the church. Along the way to the altar, the decoration is pretty simple. At the path is very long, a lot of blue and white silk alike cloth is needed. One of the bad thing about putting this on the path leading to the altar is that there is only one way to get in and out of the sitting place. Anyway, like all of us prefer, decorations is better than nothing. Hehehehe ... The decorations starts from the angel. As for the altar, more flowers are used. My opi...

CNY Decorations I know, my topics of this is a little bit too late since CNY is almost to the end. But, just checking on my PC and found out that I actually did take some photos of the decorations in my living room for Chinese New Year…. First decoration, is the pamelo with oranges. I don't know what i t means actually but every year, my house will have this as part of the decorations. Then the flower for my living room. Prepared by my brother.. As for the table and the items for people to eat, I prepare. In the big pineapple, are candies for big gal like me.. Hahahaha.... My tissue box. Cute or not? It's very cheap oh.. Rm4 for 4 box!! This is also prepared by my brother... And so, overall my little living room looks like this ...... As for my outside, I took one of the flowers and put some flowers and red tanglung on it.... The pillow belongs to my dog and the blue tong contains water for him...
